Open Chord is a creative consulting practice.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably felt the friction—the pressure to stay active on social media, to chase growth, and to post constantly, even when it drains your energy and pulls you away from the work that matters.

Open Chord was born from that tension.

As an artist and creative consultant, I kept finding myself in conversations with other musicians who felt stuck, unsure how to share their work without burning out or relying on platforms that didn’t feel good to use. Over time, I developed a more intentional (and more fun) approach to releasing music. One built for sustainability, not churn-and-burn content.

Open Chord is a space for artists who want to release and promote their work on their terms. It’s about finding clarity, building elegant strategy, and creating more space for connection.

For the past eight years, I’ve been on both sides of the music industry: as a musician, and as part of the teams that support them—labels, managers, and booking agents. I’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t), and learned that the most resonant releases come from aligning your energy, values, and goals—not from chasing algorithms.
